2.3 One Account Per Person

Creating multiple accounts, using accounts in the name of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account is strictly prohibited. 3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password and Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and all activity conducted through your Account. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Immediately notify ktp168 if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

ktp168 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. 3.2 Account Use Restrictions

You agree that you will use your Account solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
• Transferring, selling, or gifting your Account to another person.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Processing and Fees

ktp168 does not charge any deposit fees. All banking and e-wallet transfer fees are absorbed by ktp168 to provide Players with a seamless deposit experience. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method and processing bank. In rare cases, deposits may be delayed due to bank processing times or technical issues. If your deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, please contact our 24/7 customer support team with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be adjusted by ktp168 from time to time without prior notice. Current deposit limits are displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Players are encouraged to gamble responsibly and set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their Account settings.

5. Withdrawals and Processing Times

To request a withdrawal, you must:

8.2 Account Suspension and Termination

ktp168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• You engage in any prohibited activity listed in Section 8.1.
• Your Account activity is deemed suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable laws.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• ktp168 determines, in its sole discretion, that your Account poses a risk to the Platform or other Players.

Upon account termination for cause, ktp168 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, void all pending bets, and withhold any winnings. In cases of unintentional breaches or misunderstandings, ktp168 may, at its sole discretion, offer the opportunity to remedy the breach before termination.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Ownership of Content

All content available on the ktp168 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, videos, game interfaces, and source code, is the exclusive property of ktp168 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. 9.2 Prohibited Use of Content

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ktp168 is licensed and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using the Services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation with ktp168's customer support team. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ktp168.
